Day 1 - Arrival in Delhi

Your Rajasthan romantic tour package begins after your arrival in Delhi. Meet your tour representative and get assisted with transfer to the hotel for stay. Delhi is a charming mix of history, heritage, culture, fun and wonderful experiences. The eight settlements in one city have a multitude of tourist attractions. The UNESCO world heritage sites in Delhi include- Red Fort, Humayun’s Tomb, and Qutub Minar Archaelogical Complex. Other must visit places include Old Delhi’s Chandni Chowk, Parathewali gali, Khari Baoli, Lodhi Garden, Akshardham temple, Lotus Temple, etc. In Delhi, the taste of street food or a fine-dining experience is also a delight. Shopping at the vibrant markets is also a must as you could also shop for interesting souvenirs as remembrance of the city. Check in at the hotel and relax for the day. You can also choose to explore Delhi on your own. Stay overnight at the hotel.


Day 2 - Delhi - Agra (203 kms)

Start the day with a relaxing breakfast. Later, check out of the hotel and get on the road to drive towards Agra. The scenic drive takes hardly 3 hours. The charming Mughal city is known for the beautiful Taj Mahal, one of the Seven Wonders of the World and other stunning masterpieces of Mughal architecture. Upon reaching Agra, get assisted with transfer to a city hotel. After freshening up, get ready to leave for sightseeing. First visit the Taj Mahal. The white-marble mausoleum is the icon of love built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in honor of his beloved Mumtaz Mahal. Such is its picturesque beauty that the monument has left many speechless. The UNESCO World Heritage Site is set by the River Yamuna in the middle of lush gardens and is one of most recognized attractions in India. Awe at the inspirational architecture that took 22 years to be crafted to perfection and takes away the breath of all those who across its beauty. Later get to explore Agra Fort. Another UNESCO World Heritage Site in Agra, the red-sandstone fortress was once the pride of the Mughal Empire. The seat of governance of the Mughal dynasty, the fortress is a treasure of beautiful palaces, scenic gardens and other awe-inspiring architecture. Diwan-i-Aam, Diwan-i-Khas, Jama Masjid, Jahanagiri Palace, etc. are the most popular sights. The other attractions to explore later in the day are Akbar's tomb and Tomb of Itmad-Ud-Daulah. The mausoleum of Akbar is another specimen of Mughal grandeur. The ‘Baby Taj’ Itmad-ud-Daulah is another stunning beauty that must be visited to experience the ethereal craftsmanship of the Mughal Era. Return to the hotel for a restful overnight stay.


Day 3 - Agra - Jaipur (242 kms)

After breakfast at the hotel, check out of the hotel. Get on the road to Jaipur. On the way stop and explore Fatehpur Sikri. Another UNESCO World Heritage Site connected with Mughals, Fatehpur Sikri is not a monument but an abandoned city built by Mughal Emperor Akbar in the 16th century. The mighty entry to the city, the Buland Darwaza is impressive in size and stature. Inside the city, the beautiful palaces, halls, landscaped gardens still retain the charm of the 16th century. Tomb of Salim Chishti, Diwan-E-Khas, Jodha Bai's Palace, Panch Mahal, etc. are the most popular attractions in the forgotten city. After exploring the sights, get back on the road. After lunch, get transferred to Jaipur by road. Upon your reaching, check into the hotel. Jaipur, the famous ‘Pink city’ is the impressive capital of Rajasthan and the glorious era of Rajputana. The walled city of Jaipur is itself a world heritage site. Nestled in between the Aravalis, the historic city is home to mighty forts, spectacular palaces and other fascinating specimens of architecture. The colorful markets and the delightful gastronomy of Jaipur also are the most popular tourist attractions of India. After the almost 5 hours’ drive get some well-deserved rest. Stay the night at the hotel.


Day 4 - Jaipur sightseeing

After relishing an assortment in breakfast, leave for a day-trip of Jaipur sightseeing, one of the most memorable moments of your Rajasthan romantic tour. Start with a visit to Amber Fort. The yellow-sandstone fortress is set atop the Aravali hills and overlooks the royal city of Jaipur and the Maota Lake. Dating back to the 17th century, Amer is an impressive sight. Palaces, audience halls, the impressive Sheesh Mahal, lush gardens and panoramic views are the highlights of the AMer Fort. The scenic Jaipur fortress is one of the hill forts of Rajasthan that has been inscribed with the status of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Post lunch, the sightseeing tour continues. Pay a visit to the Hawa Mahal, the Palace of winds. The iconic landmark of Jaipur, it is a honeycomb-structured palace that was a pleasure palace for the women of the royal family. Besides, the impressive architecture, explore how the Hawa Mahal served as a veil for the royal women to enjoy street processions and other happenings without being spotted by the common folks. Next, move on for a visit to the royal City Palace. To date, the home of the royal family of Jaipur, the city palace is an impressive sight offering an insight of the royal memorabilia and other attractions. Later, move on for a visit to the Jantar Mantar. The 17th century royal observatory is not monument but a collection of scientific instruments to measure time, eclipse, and other astronomical events. After sightseeing, it is time to move on to a local bazaar. Jaipur has a number of vibrant markets, each with its own charms. It gives great opportunity to shop for handicrafts and souvenirs to take home. Check out colorful Rajasthani attires, hand-dyed clothing, impressive jewelry and other hand-crafted treasures. Get back to the hotel for a restful night stay.


Day 5 - Jaipur – Udaipur (395 kms)

On the day 5 of your Rajasthan romantic package, have breakfast at the hotel and check out. Get a car ride to Udaipur, the next stop of your itinerary. The almost 6 hours’ drive passes through the rustic countryside of Rajasthan with some impressive scenery. On arrival, get assisted with transfer to the hotel. Udaipur, fondly called the ‘City of Lakes’ is counted among the most romantic places in India and not just Rajasthan. Surrounded by the lush Aravalis, the city is home to some impressive lakes, spectacular palaces, incredible architecture and pampering hospitality. In the evening, enjoy a boat ride on Lake Pichola. The star attraction of Udaipur, a boat ride on the Lake Pichola at sunset is one of the best memories of your romance in Rajasthan. After a pleasant day, get back to the city hotel for an overnight stay.


Day 6 - Udaipur

Start the day in the dreamy bliss of Udaipur. After breakfast at hotel, leave for Udaipur sightseeing. Pay a visit to the lavish City Palace. Settled on the scenic shores of the Pichola Lake, the Lake Palace is a 200-year old royal complex with some gems of architecture, courtyards, and more. Next, pay a visit to Saheliyon ki Bari, the beautiful garden with lush flower beds, impressive fountains and more. The evening is at your own leisure. Choose to explore the markets or get another boat ride on Lake Pichola or enjoy some puppetry or the mouthwatering flavors of Rajasthan. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.


Day 7 - Udaipur – Mount Abu (165 kms)

After breakfast, pack your bags and check out of the hotel. Leave for Mount Abu, the only hill station in Rajasthan. It is a wonderful town blessed with salubrious climate, as it is nestled on the highest altitude of the Aravali hills. On arrival in Mount Abu, check in at the hotel. The day is at your own leisure, which you can choose to explore the tourist attractions of the town. Stay the night at the hotel.


Day 8 - Mount Abu - Delhi

Relish a delightful breakfast, after which leave for Delhi. Either choose to drive to Delhi or board a flight from Udaipur to Delhi. On arrival in Delhi, check in at the hotel for the night.


Day 8 - Delhi Departure-

Bid farewell to your romance in Rajasthan with fond memories.Proceed onward journey.
